How it works

The process starts when our clients initially contact us for a free consultation during which we understand the exact requirements of our clients & propose optimal solutions

After finalizing our client's staffing requirements, the clients provide us a job description of the candidates they need. Based on the job description we provide a free estimate of how much it will cost to employ candidates who fit the desired profile

Once clients sign off on the pricing & the contract, our HR team recruits and  assigns staff who fit the job description. Our clients are kept updated throughout the entire process

Staff assigned to clients will be on Eyelander Digital's payroll and work exclusively for our clients. An Account Manager is assigned to every client who will be the client's point of contact for billing, monitoring and maintaining the client relationship

Our client's offshore team works directly with clients on their assigned activites. Account Managers schedule weekly checkpoints with clients to discuss status updates, feedback, propose process improvements and ensure that all client deliverables are met
